Terms of service

These terms govern your use of musasavending.com and any purchase from MusasaWave LLC. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order due to stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount charged.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude freight and applicable sales tax, which are confirmed before shipment. Prices, specifications and availability may change without notice. Photographs are representative; refurbished machines vary in cosmetic condition.

Payment

Payment is due in full before shipment unless we have agreed other terms in writing. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method presented.

Delivery and risk

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier. Please follow the inspection steps in our Shipping and Returns policies, which form part of these terms.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is set out on our Returns & Warranty page. Except as stated there, equipment is supplied “as is” and all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

Installation and compliance

You are responsible for site preparation, electrical supply, plumbing where applicable, and compliance with local health, licensing and safety requirements for operating vending equipment at your location.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or other indirect or consequential damages.

Intellectual property

All site content, including text, layout and product photography, is owned by MusasaWave LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and the courts of Madison County, Kentucky have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
