Where we ship

We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations, contact us at support@musasavending.com for a custom freight quote before ordering.

Freight rates

Standard flat freight is $299 per order on the contiguous mainland, and freight is free on orders over $5,000. Oversized multi-machine orders, inside delivery and residential deliveries may require an adjusted quote, which we confirm with you before the machine ships.

Transit times

• Order processing and crating: 3–5 business days
• Transit: typically 3–10 business days depending on distance
• Tracking and carrier contact details are emailed at dispatch

Delivery method

Machines travel palletized and shrink-wrapped by LTL freight carrier. Standard service is curbside delivery with liftgate. The carrier calls ahead to schedule an appointment window. You are responsible for moving the machine into its final position unless inside delivery has been purchased.

What you need at delivery

• Someone on site during the scheduled window to sign for the shipment
• A clear, level path from the truck to the doorway
• A pallet jack or dolly if you plan to reposition the machine yourself

Inspect before you sign

Inspect the crate and machine before signing the delivery receipt. If you see damage, note it on the carrier's paperwork, photograph it and contact us at (260) 560-6688 the same day. Damage noted at delivery is straightforward for us to resolve; unnoted damage is much harder to claim against the carrier.
